I have learned much through AFASA. I know how to read in my own language. I know what to do to be healthy and what medicine to use for different illnesses. Now I know how to treat my children when they have a fever or diarrhea.

AFASA taught me how to make natural compost. When I cannot buy commercial fertilizer I can still have an abundant harvest by using this natural compost.

I have not had much schooling but AFASA taught me mathematics and how to keep track of the money I make by my sewing business.

I thank God that this association has opened up my life. Before I was timid in large groups. Now I am a good reader and do not feel nervous in a group.

Now I am comfortable because I gained much for my life.
